Important: - Test on an inconspicuous area before general application. Mask and protect painted surfaces, untreated wood, and other sensitive areas. Rinse off overspray. Any alkalinity/Grimex remaining on surfaces should be completely neutralized. This may be done with a little clean water applied by a sponge.

1.  Dilute solution 1:1 with warm water, fill a light pressure sprayer
2. Working in manageable areas at a time, wet the surface with the solution and leave for 10-15 minutes. 
3. Add a little more water and lightly scrub the surface with a black pad releasing the loosened grime from the surface.
4. Sop up the residues with a  sponge and repeat steps 2,3 and 4 until surface is sufficiently clean.
5. Rinse with water, allow the surface to dry sufficiently before walking on it or sealing.
